Convicted Sex Offender Charged With Fail To Comply

A convicted sex offender is charged once more for failure to comply with a sex offender registration requirement. Wichita Falls police say earlier this year 43-year-old Joe Luis Peralez failed to check in on a weekly basis with police, a requirement he was given after being convicted three other times for failure to comply. Police say his first conviction on three counts of indecency with a child was back in 1986.
