Online Contest Rules

 One entry per person per day.

 Online entry form must be completed in its entirety.

 All entrants must be at least 18 years of age and must provide proof of identity in order to determine eligibility. A picture ID must be provided.

 Employees of KAUZ TV and its entities, sponsors and their families are not eligible to win.

 All mass emailer programs will be disqualified.

 Entry deadline:  Saturday, February 5, 2011 at 11:59p.m.

No Purchase necessary, void where prohibited.

By entering the contest, you release all rights for KAUZ TV and its sponsors to use your name and likeness for promotional purposes without pay.

 Prizes may not be exchanged for cash.

 KAUZ-TV and the sponsors are not responsible for lost, late, forged, mass-reproduced or mass-transmitted, misdirected, mutilated, incomplete or illegible entries and such entries are void; telephone, electronic, hardware, or software program, network, Internet or computer malfunctions, failures or difficulties, errors or failures in transmission or reception; and any condition caused by events beyond the control of KAUZ-TV which may cause the contest to be disrupted or corrupted.

 KAUZ, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process, the operation of the website, or who is otherwise in violation of the rules.

 It further reserves the right to cancel, terminate or modify any game not capable of completion as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention or technical failures of any sort.

 Rules may be changed by KAUZ-TV at any time throughout the contest.

 How The Contest Works

 You may enter online one (1) time a day at www.newschannel6now.com.

 The winner will be drawn at the beginning of the 10:00p.m. News on February 6, 2011.  The first name drawn will have six (6) minutes to call for their chance to claim the prize.  If they do not call within six (6) minutes, a second name will be drawn.  If that person does not call within six (6) minutes, the Newschannel 6 Now News Line will be open to the sixth registered caller.  The sixth caller will be solely determined by Newschannel 6 personal who will answer the phones on the evening of February 6, 2011.

 Prize

Selected winner will receive a 50 inch LG Plasma HD TV.

 Note:  Winner must pick up the TV at the Newschannel 6 studios. In the event that delivery of the TV from the sponsor is delayed , Winner will be contacted to arrange picku
