Lawsuit Filed Against EPA

The EPA is facing a lawsuit over plans to add more Ethanol to your gasoline.

A trade group representing oil refineries is asking a federal appeals court to overturn that decision.

They say the EPA does not have the authority under the Clean Air Act to approve plans for fuels that run in some engines but not in others.

Back in October, the Obama Administration told gas stations they could start selling the ethanol blend containing 15 percent for vehicles built since 2007.
