Add another state to the list of those challenging the constitutionality of the new health care legislation. Ohio's Attorney General's office formally requested that its be allowed to join yesterday.
"I believe it's unconstitutional. I believe it is an unconstitutional mandate to compel every citizen of this country to have to buy a product. I don't think the commerce clause gives congress the power to do that. We're going to find out when the supreme court finally gets this case and tells us," said Ohio Attorney General Mike Dewine
