The #23 Midwestern State Mustangs went from a fourteen-game winning streak to a two-game losing streak, but after Saturday night's LSC South Division 84-62 win over Abilene Christian, they get to start over another new winning streak.
MSU extended their home court dominance to 37 games at D.L. Ligon Coliseum, ending their first two-game losing skid since the 2008-09 season.
The Mustangs were extremely hot from the three-point line. They hit seven three's in the first half, three coming from Senior guard Adrian Van Buren.
Charlie Logan led the way for the Mustangs with 14 points and 4 rebounds while Kevin Lloyd paced the team with 17 points.
Chris Hagan, the LSC's leading scorer wasn't effective with points, but assists. He led the MSU attack with 25.
Midwestern State is 13-3 on the season and 1-1 in divisional play.
