It was smiles all around at the pediatric unit at United Regional in Wichita Falls. The Harlem Globetrotters "Smile Patrol" made a visit there Monday.
Buckets Blakes of the Harlem Globetrotters was on hand to spread some well needed smiles to children who are in the hospital. He signed autographs and performed some neat tricks for the kids.
The Smile Patrol is the Globetrotters hospital outreach program. It's designed to lift the spirits of fans unable to attend the games. The team visits over 200 children's hospitals worldwide every year.
