Big Breakfast Could Lead To A Big Belly

If you fill up on breakfast food thinking you're going to eat less throughout the day, you may want to reconsider.

A new study shows a big breakfast can actually make you gain weight.

Researchers followed 300 people and found that regardless of how much they ate for breakfast, their calorie intake at lunch and dinner stayed the same.

So, people who ate the hefty breakfast added 400 more calories a day to their diet.

Authors said if you really want to lose weight, watch your calories, cut down on sugar and saturated fat and eat more fruits and veggies.
