Man Won't Go To Trial For Arson Charges

A Wichita Falls man won't stand trial on arson charges. Investigators say there's not enough evidence against him.

Felix Gonzales was first charged with arson after allegedly setting fire to his brother's home in February 2009.

Firefighters say Gonzales used the open faced gas heater to start the blaze in the 200 block of Petrolia. Investigators say Gonzales told his brother of the fire and took off. When he returned, he was placed under arrest. A grand jury found there was not enough evidence to uphold the charges.
