Three People Busted For Meth - Newschannel 6 Now | Wichita Falls, TX

Two Indicted in Meth Arrest

A Wichita County jury has indicted two of three people arrested in a meth bust.

In January deputies say they were watching a residence for suspicious activity in the 300 block of Illinois Street in Electra.

Deputies say a vehicle left a short time later and they began following it. The vehicle was later stopped at the same location.

During the investigation, deputies say Richard Hernandez, 34, Alvin Austin, 30, and Larry Villarreal, 21, were in possession of all the ingredients needed to manufacture meth.

They were all placed under arrest and transported to the Wichita County Detention Center

Hernandez and Villarreal have each been indicted on one count of possession/transport chemicals with intent to manufacture.
