Notre Dame hosted Lubbock Christ the King in TAPPS 1-A play Friday night, and both the Knights and Lady Knights came away with big wins.
First, the Lady Knights pounded the Lady Trojans 58-10. Sarah Majewski scored 12 points and Mary Brady had 10.
Then the Knights took the court and defeated the Trojans 66-43. Cobi Niedzwiecki had a game-high 30 points, while Tim Ahrens scored 14. The Knights improved to 3-2 in district play.
In other action, Petrolia visited Archer City, and the two split their games. The Lady Pirates defeated the Lady Cats 53-30 to move to 20-3, 6-0 in District 10-A.
The Wildcats then beat the Pirates 47-41, as Cole Sitz led the way with 23 points on 6 made three-pointers. Dusty Paschall led Petrolia with 15.
