Former Employee Accused Of Theft

A former Agape Tours employee is accused of breaking into the company building and taking more than $1,500 worth of property. Police say two weeks ago, 52-year-old Dennis Kinnibrugh broke into the Agape Tours building in the 2700 block of Commerce. Police say the business owner reported two battery chargers, three impact wrenches, two ladders and one upright vacuum missing, and told police he believed Kinnibrugh stole the items. He also told officers Kinnibrugh was fired from the company last November, and although he took back the office key, he believes Kinnibrugh had a duplicate.

Police located the items at an EZ Pawn on Seymour Highway, allegedly pawned by Kinnibrugh. He is charged with burglary of a building.
