32nd Annual World Of Wheels Rolling Into Town

Hundreds of Texomans are getting revved up for the 32nd Annual World of Wheels this weekend.

"Some absolutely unique machines that are almost art.  But they run and drive and they're just fun to be around," said Mac Bernd, a show car owner.

Newschannel 6 got a sneak peek at some of the hottest items rolling into the Falls.

"We've got one of the pretties front rows we've had in a long time.  But normally this show brings in some of the top point cars in the nation," said co-show chairman Jeff Coley.

Starting tonight, people can come to the MPEC to see a whole showroom of muscle cars, motorcycles, and even a NASCAR Hall of Famer.  Organizers recruited cars for the show all throughout 2010.  At first, Coley thought this year's show wouldn't be that big.  Last week there were only about 30 cars registered for this year's World of Wheels, but throughout the week that number jumped and now there are 95 cars on the showroom floor.

Bernd brought his '55 Chevy Bel-air from Arlington to show off its extensive modifications.  He loves getting into interesting conversations with people who are familiar with the model.

"Generally they put nice cars on the front row, so any time they pick your car for the front row, that's a good thing!" he said.
