Teen Killed in Head On Collision on Seymour Highway

A 16-year-old girl has died from her injuries in a head-on collision that happened Sunday night.

The Wichita Falls Police Department responded to the accident on Seymour Highway at Loop 11 around 9 p.m. Sunday.

The accident involved a 1992 GMC van and a 1990 Ford pickup. The vehicles collided in the 3100 block of Seymour Highway.

59-year old Myron Robinson was driving the GMC which witness say was going west in the east lane of Seymour Highway.

16-year-old Tessa Price and 18-year-old Andrew Johns were in the Ford. Police say Price died from her injuries. Robinson was taken to ICU. Johns did not suffer any life threatening injuries.

Officials had to tear off the top of the truck to pull out the victims.

The accident is still under investigation.
