Woman Now Listed In Fair Condition After U.S.-287 Accident

A 35-year-old woman is now listed in fair condition after Wichita Falls Police say she struck a guardrail.
The accident occurred last Friday on U.S. Highway 287 near the 79 interchange. Police say the woman overcorrected her 2001 blue Ford Mustang before hitting the guardrail on the opposite side of the roadway. The car then spun out and she was ejected 30 feet through the rear windshield. Officers say she was wearing her seat belt. The woman was taken to the hospital shortly after.
