U.S. Supports Cyber Dissidents Promoting Democracy

Secretary of State Hillary Clinton is warning repressive countries in the middle states to suppress the internet at their own risk. 

In a major speech she's set to deliver today, Clinton will press that there is no "app" for ending online repression.  But the U.S. will pledge support to cyber dissidents trying to promote democracy.  She will also challenge countries to allow internet freedom to flourish for the well-being of their people.
