Gov. Perry Speaks Out On Late Exoneration

The Texas Governor says the exoneration of man convicted of capital murder is a 'grave miscarriage of justice.'

Anthony Graves spent 18-years in prison before prosecutors declared him innocent last October.  The only evidence tying him to the killings of six family members came from his co-defendant, who absolved Graves, shortly before he was executed 10-years-ago.
