Man No Billed For Copper Theft

Wichita Falls police say 33-year-old Edward Lee Singleton was no billed for the burglary of a building. Police say back in November, they busted Singleton for stealing copper at Burcamp Steel in the 1500 block of Old Burkburnett Rd. They say two others were involved in the attempted burglary.
