Grandmother Survives Vicious Dog Attack

The Wichita Falls Police Department is looking into a vicious dog attack.

Police say a 67-year-old woman was trying to collect rent from one of her tenants on Martha Lane when she was attacked by three dogs Sunday morning.

Officers say the dogs' owners were not at the home, but their friend was in the house and took the woman to the hospital.

Police say the woman suffered bites to her left arm, lower right leg and face.

Animal control went to the home and took two pit-bulls, a pit-bull/boxer mix and several puppies.

NewsChannel 6 will stay on top of this investigation as it develops.
