Two Teens Charged For Breaking Into A Home

Two teenagers are facing charges after being accused of breaking into a home and stealing guns. Wichita Falls police say a third suspect may also be involved.

Officers were called to the 4100 block of Blanton Street on February 3rd in reference to a burglary of a habitation.

The homeowner was called to the scene and told officers four guns were taken from his home.

He said a Smith and Wesson hand gun, Bushmaster .223 AR-15 rifle, Remington 1100 shotgun, and a GSG-5 semiautomatic rifle were taken valued at $2675.

A neighbor said he was looking out the back window of his house and saw three men breaking into the house. He said after a few minutes, the three suspects came out carrying something.

Another witness directed police to the pavilion at Cunningham School, where they found the suspects.

Officers say they saw the guns matching the serial numbers to those stolen and shoe prints found in the snow that matched prints found at the house.

17 year old Leo Nieto and 17 year old Kevin Haynes II are both charged with engaging in organized criminal activity.
