Trial Date Set For City Lawsuit

The City of Wichita Falls is preparing for a lawsuit that hits trial this March.

March 21st was set as the trial date this morning during a pre-trial discussion. The lawsuit involves The City of Wichita Falls and MW Builders Of Texas and will be held in the 78th District Court.

City councilors are scheduled to meet in a special session Thursday, March 10th to discuss preparations for the trial.
