DPS Ready For Spring Break Patrol

Texas Department of Public Safety troopers will be out in full force during spring break.
Officials say DWI Patrols will increase during the school vacation.
The increased patrols will run from March 12th to March 20th. They will be looking for intoxicated drivers in high-risk locations.
The stats show alcohol-related crashes are most frequent this time of year.
The extra patrols are funded through a grant from the Texas Department of Transportation that targets impaired driving.
