It's National Nutrition Month, What Are You Feeding Your Family?

Servings: 16 (2 tablespoons dip)

 

Ingredients:

2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
2 ½ teaspoon chopped onion
1 teaspoon chopped chives
½ teaspoon minced garlic
½-1 teaspoon chili powder
½-3/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
¼ teaspoon paprika
¼ teaspoon cumin
16 ounces plain Greek 2% or plain low-fat yogurt

2 tablespoons honey

¼ teaspoon salt, optional


Directions:

Mix all ingredients together. For best results, refrigerate overnight. Serve with vegetables (Kid tip: We liked green beans, broccoli, yellow squash, cucumbers, carrots, bell peppers, and zucchini) or whole grain crackers or bread sticks.

You may also use as a spread for a tortilla wrap.
