Texoma Man Charged For Assaulting Someone

Wichita Falls police arrested a man they said assaulted another person. Police said Dustin Paschall, 19, and two other men arrived at the 3200 block of Kemp and assaulted someone. Officers said Paschall and the other men assaulted the man as a group. Police said the victim had a swollen left eye with bruising, a laceration above the left eye, and a fractured nose. The assault was witnessed by others at the business and are clearly visible on the security video. Paschall is charged with Engaging in Organized Criminal Activity, Assault With Bodily Injury.
