Grand Jury Rules Not Enough Evidence in Neighborhood Fires

Two months after Wichita Falls police arrested a man they say started a grass fire, a grand jury has decided there's not enough evidence to send him to trial.

Police arrested Ricardo Bustamante March 15th at 2700 Ridgeway.

A witness said she saw Bustamante start several fires in the neighborhood.

He has been no billed in connection to the case.
