Texoma Man Not Heading To Trial On Burglary And Theft Charges

A Wichita County grand jury did not find enough evidence to indict a Texoma man on burglary of a habitation and theft charges. Police arrested Jerry Menasco in December 2010 for driving a stolen vehicle. Police said they discovered the Mazda Menasco was driving was reported stolen. Police said Menasco also stole a laptop and an owner's manual for a 2000 Lexus. Police said they found the owners of the stolen items, who said they didn't even realize they had been burglarized.
