Grand Jury Does Not Indict A Texoma Man On Murder Charges

A Texoma man will not head to trial on murder charges.

Wichita Falls police arrested Adrian Garnica-Aranda for the 2008 murder of Ramon Rodriguez.

Police said both Garnica-Aranda and Rodriguez had a relationship with the same woman.

In his arrest affidavit, it indicated the woman could have been a motive for the killing.

Police said the woman at first denied any involvement or knowledge about Rodriguez's death.

Garnica-Aranda is currently indicted on burglary of a habitation and aggravated assault charges.
