Comanche County Wildfire

A wildfire raging in Comanche County has caused the evacuations of about 200 homes.
Officials say the fire started Tuesday in the Falcon Range area. Flames then jumped across into the Wichita Mountain Wildlife Refuge.
The cause of the fire is still being investigated, but officials say it appears to have been aircraft inert bombs dropped into Falcon Range that caused a spark.
The American Red Cross is purchasing undergarments and t-shirts for students forced to evacuate from the Treasure Lake Job Corps campus in Indiahoma
Ft. Sill will be providing dinners for those forced out.
Firefighters have spent hundreds hours working to put out the wildfire flames.
