Former Crime Stoppers Coordinator Passes Away

The Wichita Falls Law Enforcement Community is mourning the loss of 19 year Crime Stoppers Coordinator Donna Deatherage.

Deatherage passed away Wednesday at the age of 50. She retired from Crime Stoppers in December of 2010. She later served on the Crime Stoppers board. According to Sergeant Joe Snyder of the Wichita Falls Police Department, Deatherage was nominated numerous times as Crime Stoppers coordinator of the year on a local and national level. Deatherage is survived by her son and husband. She has two sisters currently serving on the Crime Stopper's Board.
