HS Track & Field Regional Results

City View High School's Lacey Taylor qualified for the Class 2A State Meet in the Shot Put Tuesday with a throw of 40 feet, 7 inches in the Region II-2A Meet in Stephenville.

The throw was good for a silver medal in the regional.

Fellow Lady Mustang Brittany Coleman finished 4th in the High Jump and 6th in the Long Jump.

In Region II-A competition in Abilene, Prairie Valley's Garrett Combs took gold medal honors in the High Jump, clearing 6'5" to stay undefeated in the event this season.
