Newschannel 6 is kicking off a food drive and we can't do it without you.  It's called the Newschannel 6 Food for Families Food Drive and we are hosting it in conjunction with the Wichita Falls Area Food Bank.

The drive starts May 9th and ends on May 27th.  This food drive is really a Texoma-wide event, with 13 grocery stores in 11 different cities all over Texoma have agreed to be donation spots.  The best part about the drive all the food that is donated stays where it is donated.  For example, if you drop off something in Henrietta, it will stay in Henrietta.

The following stores are donation spots:

Henrietta: Diamond Food Stores

Wichita Falls: United Market Street on Kell, United Supermarket on Old Iowa Park Road, United Supermarket on Jacksboro Hwy

Vernon: United Supermarket

Graham: United Supermarket

Iowa Park: Lowe's Marketplace

Burkburnett: United Supermarket

Olney: Stewart's Food Store

Bowie: Brookshire's

Nocona: Nocona Marketplace

Seymour: Lawrence Bros., IGA

Archer City: Oodles Supermarket
