Man Facing Sexual Assault Charges

A Texoma man is facing charges accused attempting to sexually assault a woman.

Police were dispatched to the 3700 block of Iowa Park road on May 4th for a sexual assault in progress. When officers arrived they detained Felix Gonzales, 30.

Officers spoke with the victim and she said she arrived home with her baby and was going in and out her home bringing items in.

The victim said she heard a noise and saw Gonzales walking towards her. She said he attempted to keep her from going inside her home. 

Victim said Gonzales forced himself onto her and said he said he didn't care about the police being called and that he was going back to jail anyway.

She said she shoved him off and was able to get into her house and lock the door. Victim stated she did not know Gonzales and called the police for help.

Gonzales was charged with attempted sexual assault.
