WFHS's Taylor Signs With Howard College

For the second day in a row, a high school basketball player from Wichita Falls is headed off to college.

Wichita Falls High School's Carolyn Taylor signed Thursday with Howard College, a junior college in Big Spring that has sent many players on to Division I and II basketball, including Midwestern State's Aqueelah Watkins.

Taylor averaged 15.3 points and 13.3 rebounds per game in her senior year at Old High, helping lead the Lady Coyotes to the playoffs.

Today Taylor and Howard College Head Coach Earl Diddle talked about her opportunities at Howard and moving forward in two years.
