Robber Slams Woman In Face, Caught On Tape

An Austin robber hit a woman so hard in the face it knocked her down and unconscious.  It happened outside an Austin bar, and it was all caught on tape.

The woman says she was just feet from the door but never made it inside.  The robber punched her in the face, then took off with her purse.

The woman is recovering after having to get eight stitches and losing several teeth.  Police have no leads and hope the high quality surveillance video will aid in their search for the suspect.
