There is some legal wrangling going on surrounding the Crescent Plaza Hotel in downtown Wichita Falls.
Tuesday tenants were forced out of the hotel after management said they are closing for good. Newschannel Six spoke with a legal aid attorney who confirmed to us that an injunction was served to the business Wednesday. Most tenants said they had little warning to get out and many were on month to month agreements with the hotel. An expected court date is to be set for next week. We had a crew drive by the hotel Wednesday evening, and there was activity inside the hotel. Newschannel Six is going to continue to follow this story for you.
