Weight Watchers Oat and Apricot Breakfast Bars are great for a quick bite before or after your walk.

  • We kept the recipe light by using egg substitute and reduced calorie margarine … and mixing it with our dry ingredients:
    • Whole grain wheat flour, baking powder, brown sugar, quick oats, dried apricots and sunflower seeds
    • Bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes
    • One bar has a PointsPlus value of 5 … and is great paired with some fresh fruit
