A grand jury indicted a Houston day care operator on four counts of felony murder charges in the deaths of four children.
The kids died in a fire at Jessica Tata's Houston home day care. The February 24th fire also injured three other children. Tata remains jailed on a $1.1 million bond. Authorities believe she left the children who were in her care alone while she went shopping. The fire was ignited by a stove-top burner that she left on. Tata fled to Nigeria after the fire and was a fugitive for nearly a month before being captured.
