Man Indicted For Suspected Truck Stop Robbery

A Texoma man is now indicted on a single robbery charged stemming from an April arrest.

Wichita Falls Police say 30-year-old Mark Booth was taken into custody after a Crime Stoppers tip in early April. Police report Booth walked into a Love's truck stop on Central Freeway in early February, demanding cash and threatening to shoot those inside the convenience store.

Police claim the whole event was caught on camera, and that Booth has been twice convicted in the past for robbery charges, along with theft and failure to I.D.
