Grand Jury Indicts Man On Sexual Assault Charge

A Wichita County Grand Jury has indicted Raudel Ramos Duran on one count of Aggravated Sexual Assault. Police say Duran assaulted a child under the age of five between August 1, 2010 and April 20, 2011. The father of the victim's sister said while he was babysitting the child the victim said something that led the man to believe that the child had been sexually assaulted. The child was interviewed by a forensic expert. Police say when Duran was interviewed he admitted to the encounters with the child.
