Roadcheck Hunts Serious Offenders

It's that time of the year again. Commercial vehicles, passenger busses, and their drivers need to be ready for inspection as the Texas Department of Public Safety begins it's annual Roadcheck Campaign. The vehicles and drivers are going to be monitored to make sure their equipment is being operated properly. Officials are saying the safety check will kick off on Tuesday and will run through Thursday. The Roadcheck included an inspection of almost 7,000 vehicles last year, and 25% of those inspected were taken off the road for serious safety violations.
