Texoma Man Sentenced For Assault

A Texoma man will serve 6 months in jail after pleading guilty to Injury to a child.

DeEarl Logan entered into a plea agreement before Judge Mark Price in the 89th District Court Thursday morning.

For his Injury to a Child charge we will receive 180 days in a state jail facility, for his Assault Family Violence charge he will get 4 years probation.

Logan was indicted on both charges last October after being accused of pushing a woman to the ground who was holding a 14 month old child. That child suffered a broken collar bone.
