Sports Minute: Here is the latest Texas sports news from The Associated Press

DALLAS (AP) - Kyrie Irving scored 10 of his season-high 47 points in overtime as the Boston Celtics rallied once again from a double-digit deficit to beat the Dallas Mavericks 110-102 to extend their winning streak to 16 games.

FRISCO, Texas (AP) - The Dallas Cowboys may not have any realistic playoff hopes remaining by the time suspended running back Ezekiel Elliott returns for the final two games of the regular season. The defending NFC East champs probably have to win at least three of four games without last year's NFL rushing leader. Dallas has its quick Thanksgiving turn against the Los Angeles Chargers. That's followed by another Thursday game against Washington.

HOUSTON (AP) - Coach Bill O'Brien says he doesn't expect D'Onta Foreman to play again this season, the latest blow to a Houston Texans team riddled with injuries. Foreman sustained what the team called a left ankle injury on Sunday after scoring his second fourth-quarter touchdown in a 31-21 win over the Arizona Cardinals which ended a three-game skid.

SAN ANTONIO (AP) - LaMarcus Aldridge had 22 points and 11 rebounds, and the San Antonio Spurs held off the Atlanta Hawks 96-85. Atlanta lost its 20th straight game in San Antonio, a skid spanning 20 years. Manu Ginobili had 16 points and Danny Green had 14 for the Spurs, who have won four of five. Kyle Anderson added 13 points, 10 assists and six rebounds in his 17th start in place of injured All-Star Kawhi Leonard.

KANSAS CITY, Mo. (AP) - Jo Lual-Acuil Jr. had 19 points and 10 rebounds, Manu Lecomte poured in 25 points and No. 22 Baylor held on after blowing most of a 19-point lead to beat Wisconsin 70-65. The win sent the Bears into the title game of the Hall of Fame Classic against Creighton, while the Badgers will play UCLA in the third-place game.

NEW YORK (AP) - Robert Williams 11 points, 11 rebounds and a handful of alley-oop dunks to help No. 16 Texas A&M beat Oklahoma State 72-55 in the first game of the 2017 Progressive Legends Classic. Williams added three steals and two blocks for the Aggies. DJ Hogg led all scorers with 18 points. Tonny Trocha-Morelos finished with 12 points and Admon Gilder had 10.

AUSTIN, Texas (AP) - Texas coach Tom Herman finally has some tangible evidence if he wants to declare his first season a success. The Longhorns are bowl eligible for the first time since 2014. Texas beat a ranked opponent last week, pushing the Longhorns to 6-5 on the season. It was small step that could eventually prove to be huge for Herman and the program going forward.

LAS VEGAS (AP) - Freshman Brandon McCoy had 23 points and 10 rebounds, and Shakur Juiston scored eight to go with career-high 19 rebounds and five assists to help UNLV beat Rice 95-68 in the MGM Resorts Main Event. The 7-foot McCoy made 7 of 11 from the field and 9 of 10 from the free-throw line, while Jordan Johnson had 18 points on 7-of-11 shooting, including four 3-pointers, for UNLV.
