Fatty Foods Could Damage Brain's Regulation Ability

Eating a high-fat diet may injure brain cells that help you diet.

Researchers at the University of Washington studied the brains of rats and mice and found animals who ate a high-fat diet  developed inflammation in the part of the brain containing  nerve cells that regulate body weight.

Researchers say this could be a reason why weight loss is so difficult for people who are obese and eat a lot of fats.
