Two People Indicted For Suspected April Neighborhood Shooting

A Texoma man has now been indicted on one count of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon just two months after his arrest.

Officials report 19-year-old Vincent Graham was taken into custody late April for firing several rounds at two people in a vehicle in the 700 block of Polk. Wichita Falls police say no bullets made contact with the car, and no one was injured during this evening offense. Police claim when they got to the scene, they witnessed Graham taking off into an alley on foot in the 2300 block of 8th Street. They found him hiding in a nearby garage.

A Texoma woman has also been indicted in connection to this offense. Police say 18-year-old Valerie Lary is indicted on a count of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. Witnesses claim Lary also opened fire on the vehicle in the 700 block of Polk.
