Texoma Man Indicted On Three Counts Of Burglary of a Habitation

A Grand Jury found enough evidence to indict a Texoma man on three counts of Burglary of a Habitation.

Tanner Lee Conway is accused of stealing several items from three homes. Iowa Park police went to check out the burglaries from the homes between March 9th-11th.

Police say on March 11th, they saw Conway walking around, knocking on doors, in the area of the burglaries. Police spoke to Conway and he told officers he was looking for work painting houses.

Conway told police he lived on Pecan Street. Officers went to the address and discovered Conway wasn't supposed to be living there.
