Posted: Updated:

A Graham father accused of murdering his two children has been indicted in Young County.

The District Clerk's office has confirmed 28-year-old Gabriel Armandariz has been indicted on capital murder charges stemming from an incident on April 13th, where Graham police responded to his home after concerned family members called, worried for the care of the children, both boys, one 2-years-old, the other 6 months old.

Police report the discovery of the bodies and the arrest of Armandariz occurred within 10 hours of the investigation's start. They say Armandariz fled into a wooded area west of Graham after the incident.
