Police Seize Drugs From Vehicle

Officials say a drug bust has been made. 32 year old Dustin Rains was charged with the manufacturing and delivery of a controlled substance of over 400 grams in a drug free zone. The drug arrest went down on June 17th just before 2PM.

The Wichita Falls Police Department Organized Crime Unit were keeping an eye out for Rains. Officials say when Rains pulled away from the 4500 block of Martinque they were watching him. Rains had a previous warrant for manufacture and delivery of a controlled substance. When Rain was pulled over, police say they found 2,840 grams of liquid meth in his pickup truck. Since the substance was liquid, Rains was charged with manufacture and delivery of a controlled substance for over 400 grams of meth in a drug free zone.
