Bond Reduction Denied For Texoma Man

A Texoma man will not have his bond reduced.

David Steven's bond is staying at $2.5 million. Stevens has been charged with criminal solicitation of murder.

Officials say should he go to trial and not plead guilty to the offense, the District Attorney's office said they might re indict home for capitol murder. His case is set for a pre-trial conference.

Stevens is accused of trying to hire a hit man to kill his wife's boyfriend.
