Car Smashes Into Convenience Store Before Robbery

Wichita Falls police are investigating a burglary involving a convenience store and stolen car.
Officers tell us they saw a black Chevy cavalier that had crashed into Zoom Zoom #5 store on Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard Thursday morning.
Police didn't find anyone in the car, but they did find a cash register in a field behind that store.
The car was reported stolen Wednesday from a house on 10th street.
The investigation continues. We will follow up on this story as police search for a suspect.
