Accuser Issues Shake Up In Strauss-Kahn Case

NEW YORK (AP) - Former leader of the International Monetary Fund Dominique Strauss-Kahn is set to appear in a New York court this morning, where people familiar with the case say he could have his
pricey bail reduced and restrictions on his house arrest eased.

Investigators say the hotel maid Kahn is accused of raping lied about some of her activities in the hours around the reported rape and prosecutors believe the native of Guinea lied on her application for asylum.
