Texas Group Decides To Sue Casey Anthony

Texas Equusearch, a search and rescue group, has decided to sue Casey Anthony for expenses incurred during the search for her daughter, Caylee Anthony.

Equusearch says over 4,000 volunteers searched for the toddler, spending over $100,000 in their efforts. The group says Anthony lied and failed to provide critical information that would have prevented the need for a costly search.

Caylee's skeletal remains were discovered six months after she was last seen alive. Her mother is expected to be released from jail on Sunday.

Anthony was acquitted on charges of murder, aggravated child abuse, and aggravated manslaughter of a child.
